Resveratrol is found in the skin of red grapes, berries, peanuts and a variety of plants. It is often associated with red wine and the so-called French Paradox. In the plant world, resveratrol plays a role in counteracting the effects of environmental stressors from things like pests, disease, and the extreme weather caused by climate change.
The leading British Economist newspaper recently published an interesting article, summarising scientific findings on the benefits of resveratrol.
Evolva produces and sells resveratrol to distributors and other business-to-business customers.
