Partnering Approach

Evolva develops pharmaceutical and related products based on our technology platform. Our aim is to develop products that provide significant benefits to patients and consumers.

We do not ourselves have all the resources and skills to do this in all the areas we can potentially address. Hence partnering is an essential element of Evolva’s corporate approach and we are always interested in talking to potential partners who may be able to help us better advance our existing compounds or technologies, or who may have ideas of their own for where our technologies could benefit them.

We do not have any fixed model on how a partnership should work. Rather we believe agreements are best designed on a case by case basis to meet the needs, resources and aspirations of the partners involved.

However above all we believe that good partnerships stem from a shared desire to create differentiated products that ultimately will offer distinctive benefits to the eventual customers and users – if this is the prime goal of both partners then that serves as a strong overarching shared vision that can ensure the partnership functions even when the going gets tough.

In alignment with our concept of maintaining and advancing a “balanced portfolio” of product opportunities, Evolva itself seeks to adopt a mix of different risk and return positions across the range of partnerships that it has.
