Evolva is now focused on the creation and manufacture of ingredients based upon its unique technologies. The clinical development of new chemical entities does not form part of this strategy (although Evolva will continue to use its technologies to create new chemical entities for others to advance through the clinic, and sees improving the manufacture of existing active pharmaceutical ingredients as part of its mission)

Accordingly we seek to move our EV-077 and EV-035 product families into the hands of new owners – whether through partnering or spin-out into a new company. Certain small investments to maintain and enhance the value of these product families continue to be made.
