  • January: Agreement signed with Roche to create compounds with activity on targets in oncology and anti-infectives

2009

  • January: Agreement signed with Summit for imino sugar compound
  • January: Divinocell project commences
  • March: Evolva starts Phase I Clinical Trials on EV-077
  • July: Single Ascending Dose Trials on EV-077 successfully completed
  • December: Evolva and Arpida merge to Evolva Holding SA

2008

  • May: Army Research Office (ARO) contract awarded
  • May: CRADA signed with U.S. Army Medical Research Institute of Infectious Diseases (USAMRIID)
  • November: Evolva receives award of funding from the Global Cardiovascular Innovation Center, Cleveland
  • December: Submission of CTA for first-in-man study with new cardiovascular drug

2007

  • January: Evolva led consortium (“Cappella”) awarded funding to conduct research on protein-protein interactions for cancer
  • June: Evolva raises an additional CHF 12 mn from its existing investors.
  • June: Evolva US (“Genetic Chemistry Inc”) incorporated

2006

  • November: Contract signed with the U. S. Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) to discover therapeutics that improve the ability of humans to resist infections
  • December: Collaboration signed with Functional Genetics to discover therapeutics against haemorrhagic fever viruses

2005

  • April: Evolva India formed
  • August: Evolva acquires certain assets of Poalis A/S, which form the basis of our current operations in Denmark

2004

  • June: Evolva SA incorporated in Switzerland.
  • August: Evolva raised c. CHF 21.8mn equity financing in it’s A-round
