Evolva Holding SA (Reinach, Switzerland)

Is the Swiss parent company of an international pharmaceutical biotech group. Current activities focus on the discovery and development of novel, differentiated pharmaceutical product candidates that target significant unmet medical needs, with an emphasis on cardio-renal and infectious diseases.

Evolva SA (Reinach, Switzerland)

Evolva is a private limited Swiss company, established 2004. All patents and compound IP and most key contracts are held by Evolva SA. Formal relations with other group companies are governed by research agreements (US pending) and board positions. Other group companies operationally report to Basel.

Evolva Biotech Private Limited (Chennai, India)

A private limited Indian company that is majority owned, and fully controlled by Evolva SA. A minority position is held by Ventureast with a combined put and call agreement giving Ventureast both the right and obligation to convert into shares in Evolva SA.

Evolva Biotech A/S (Copenhagen, Denmark)

A private limited company that conducts R&D activities and which was the vehicle in which Evolva’s technology was seed financed prior to the formation of Evolva SA. As of 1 January 2010, Evolva Biotech A/S (Copenhagen, Denmark) was absorbed by Arpida A/S (Copenhagen, Denmark). Arpida A/S subsequently changed its name to Evolva Biotech A/S.

Evolva, Inc. (previously Genetic Chemistry Inc; Palo Alto, USA)

A private limited company that 100% owned by Evolva SA. Evolva, Inc. is main contractor for the anti-bacterial contract with ARO (with other Evolva units contributing to the project activities).

Evolva Nutrition Inc. (previously Abunda Nutrition, Inc.; San Francisco, USA)

Evolva Nutrition is a US company, wholly-owned by Evolva. Evolva worked with Abunda in a research collaboration on various functional food ingredients (including Stevia), before acquiring the company in July 2011.

TLT Medical Ltd. and Arpida UK Ltd. have no meaningful operations.
