	Over 19 years experience in biotech/pharmaceutical industry. Previously Head of Patents & Licensing at Novartis Research Foundation, legal counsel at Geron Corp and Cooley Godward, researcher at Merck. Experience in contract negotiations, strategic alliances, out-licensing and intellectual property. US Patent Agent, European Patent Attorney, PhD in Biochemistry, Univ. of Basel.
	Jakob Dynnes Hansen	Chief Financial Officer
	Extensive experience in biotech and finance. Prior to Evolva was CFO of Nuevolution and Zealand Pharma, and before that Senior Vice President, Corporate Finance, at Unibank (now Nordea) where involved in a large number of IPO’s and other corporate financings. Head of Market Research at Novo Nordisk. MSc in Economics from University of Copenhagen, MBA from Insead.
	Pascal Longchamp	VP, Business Development
	Previously Director of Business Development at Phyllom. Before that Program Manager at Maxygen. At Maxygen and Phyllom was responsible for corporate and strategic alliances, in and out-licensing and led an international research collaboration. 3 years post-doctoral research at UC Berkeley in Molecular Biology. Ph.D. in Genetics, Univ. of Lausanne. MBA from HEC Lausanne.
	Panchapagesa Murali	Managing Director, Evolva India
	Over 20 years in Pharmaceutical/FMCG R&D, including the management of more than 10 clinical trials, in particular in respiratory disease. Previously Founder and Director (for 16 years) of Dalmia Centre for Research and Development. Prior to that researcher at Battelle-Kettering and a research fellow at Unilever India. PhD in Microbiology from Madurai University.
	Alexandra Santana Sørensen	VP, Research & Development
	Co-Founder. 11 years in the biotech sector. Previously at Phytera and Auda, where worked on hit selection, lead optimisation & in-licensing. Prior to Auda researched on synthesis & profiling of natural, semi-synthetic and synthetic anti-cancer compounds. Visiting Researcher at École Nationale de Chemie de Mulhouse, France. Ph.D. in Medicinal Chemistry, Univ. of Liverpool, UK.
